I’m Steve Carter — psychologist, performance coach, and creator of Psychological Rewilding.

I’ve spent more than 30 years helping people, leaders, and teams navigate challenge, uncertainty, and opportunity. My work blends psychology, coaching, and performance science with a warm, human, sometimes quietly maverick perspective shaped by a life spent watching how people find their way — in boardrooms, in the wilderness, and everywhere in between.
